      Blended Salary & Bonus Or Commission Only Positions[25% of Gross]

                        Commission Plan Only Includes Annual Residuals

• Blended Salary For Inside Sales Persons [after training & probation] 36K USD
• Blended Salary For Sales Managers [after training & probation] 55,000 USD
• Blended Salary - Full Time Only | Bonus Monies Rate PT & FT Are Flat 5%

Note: Minimum Monthly Gross Target For ISPs = 20K+

Note: Minimum Monthly Gross Target For SMs = 35K+

All Positions Are 1099 | Paid Bi Monthly | Commission Only During Training & Probation

Training 1 Week | Probation - Up To 90 Days | No Benefits Provided At This Time | Vacation Time - Up To 6 Weeks [Non-Consecutive 2 Week Periods] | Vacations Are Not Paid Vacations | Blended-Salary For FT Only
